By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to www.botanica.ae and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.
Amendment of Terms 
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Botanica’s rights and obligations to each other.
Limitation of Liability
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Botanica is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, www.botanica.ae, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Delivery of Physical Goods 
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses (eg - apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. Alternatively, Botanica will contact the recipient to arrange appropriate delivery time. Any changes in delivery address with less than 24 hours notice may incur additional charges. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods being returned to Botanica and will incur additional fees to the purchaser in the case of redelivery. Botanica uses a courier to deliver its physical goods. Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the time that the order is placed and location of the delivery. Botanica is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Botanica should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Botanica.
Corporate Accounts Terms and Conditions
We require acceptance of all proposals and signed contract no later than 7 days prior to commencing deliveries to Corporate Accounts. This is due to the ordering of stock and staff scheduling purposes. Cancellations of any orders less that 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery dates are non-refundable in full. Cancellations of orders more than 7 days prior to your delivery date may qualify for a refund on those items that have not been purchased by Botanica along with delivery and installation costs. Please note some floral varieties require 2 weeks advance ordering from our suppliers/growers. All quotes produced by Botanica are valid for thirty (30) days. All props, vases and vessels provided by Botanica are the property of Botanica and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the client. Botanica will collect all hired items, unless specified by Botanica. If props are to be returned by client, this must occur within one (1) week of the date of use. If hired items are damaged by customer or client this will incur additional fees to the value of prop. If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred. Botanica reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.
Event Terms and Conditions
We require acceptance of all quotes no later than 7 days prior to your event. This is due to the ordering of stock and staff scheduling purposes. Cancellations of any events less that 7 days prior to the agreed upon date are non-refundable in full. Cancellations of more than 7 days prior to your event date / business account delivery date may qualify for a refund on those items that have not been purchased by Botanica along with delivery and installation. Please note some floral varieties require 2 weeks advance ordering from our suppliers/growers. All quotes produced by Botanica are valid for thirty (30) days. Full payment of all Events is required seven (7) days prior to event dates. Events are confirmed upon receiving payment, unless specified by Botanica. All props provided by Botanica are the property of Botanica and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Botanica will collect all hired items, unless specified by Botanica. If props are to be returned by the client, this must occur within one (1) week of the Event date. If hired items are damaged by customer or client this will incur additional fees to the value of prop. If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred. Botanica reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.
Wedding Terms and Conditions 
All quotes produced by Botanica are valid for thirty (30) days. All weddings require a 20% deposit upon confirmation, unless specified by Botanica. Full payment of all Weddings is required two (2) weeks prior to the Wedding date. If collection of hired items occurs outside of business hours, an additional charge will be incurred. Botanica reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use. Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the Wedding date will result in loss of the complete payable amount. All props or hired items provided by Botanica are the property of Botanica and provided on a hire only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Botanica collects all props, unless indicated by Botanica. If props are to be returned by the client, this must be occur within one (1) week of the Wedding date.
Returns and Refunds 
The below policy on returns and refunds applies to all customers and clients: public consumers, business accounts, events and weddings. Flower and plant products sold by Botanica are perishable. The life span of flowers and plants is dependent on species, resulting in some varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.botanica.ae. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods. Botanica will not accept returns or provide refunds based on change of mind or design. Botanica must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all requests for refunds or returns.
